Students who have not yet submitted their dissertation for preliminary discussion must present their results annually (at the end of the spring semester). The presentation is not mandatory for students taking complex exams in the given semester.
In the presentation, progress according to the research plan must be addressed. It is sufficient for first-year students to present their research plan and their future vision. The presentations are 20 minutes long.
Then, at the end of each academic year, the head of the doctoral school approves the doctoral students' annual report based on the half-yearly written reports and the oral annual reports.
If necessary, the Council of the Doctoral School may request information on student progress. The report is prepared by the doctoral student and his supervisor and reviewed by the Doctoral School Council.
